This is a great side dish for hamburgers or steak, but sometimes, when I’m making lunch for just me and the boys, I’ll make this a meal all by itself. The toddler loves it! Mom also loves it because it isn’t loaded with butter and sugar, which (in my opinion) counteracts the health benefits of sweet potatoes and vegetables.

Ingredients
- 3 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 small bag of frozen carrots
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon crushed rosemary
- 1 tablespoon thyme
Steps

Peel sweet potatoes and cut them into wedges.

Cook at 425 for about 30 minutes
